Important rules, regulations, and notices regarding Internationals '25-'26
Please read each acknowledgment carefully. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out before signing off. Your participation in the 2025-2026 International Junior Miss International Finals, to be held December 31, 2025 - January 4, 2026, is contingent upon your agreement to these rules and regulations.

Acknowledgments:
By signing up for the 2025-2026 International Junior Miss International Finals, you, as the contestant (age 18 or older) or as the Parent/Guardian, hereby agree to the following rules and regulations:

1. Eligibility Requirements:
I acknowledge and agree to the following eligibility requirements for participation in the 2025–2026 International Junior Miss International Finals:

Eligibility is based on participation in a female-identifying category, and we do not offer alternative divisions at this time.

For the Miss division and younger age divisions, contestants may not be married, pregnant, have had a child, or be a legal guardian.

For the Ms. division, contestants may be of any marital status and/or have a child.
-
All delegates must be able to read, write, and understand English, as it is the primary language of the pageant.

I understand that translators are not provided, and all components of the competition (including interviews, presentations, and paperwork) are conducted in English.

Contestants must compete in the correct age division based on their age as of January 1, 2025:

Princess: Ages 4–6
-
Jr. Pre-Teen: Ages 7–9
-
Pre-Teen: Ages 10–12
-
Jr. Teen: Ages 13–15
-
Teen: Ages 16–18
-
Miss: Ages 19–24
-
Ms.: Ages 25–39

2. International Delegate Requirements:
I acknowledge and agree to the following requirements for international delegates:

Contestants from South Africa and the United Kingdom must have competed at their respective National-level pageant in order to apply for an International title.

The 2025–2026 competition year is a transitional year for Australia. Delegates from Australia must have competed in the IJM Australia National Pageant unless their title was established prior to the formation of the National Pageant.

Any exceptions to the above requirements are at the sole discretion of the International Office, in partnership with the National Affiliate Director.

3. Age Verification:
The person submitting this form is over 18.
I acknowledge that the person filling out this digital form is the contestant (age 18 or older) or the Parent/Guardian.

4. Voluntary Participation:
I am applying of my own free will.
I acknowledge that I have applied to represent a state/region/country for the 2025–2026 International Junior Miss International Finals voluntarily.
​
5. Adherence to Rules:
I agree to follow the rules provided.
I commit to representing my state/region/country in the 2025–2026 International Junior Miss International Finals and hereby agree to all rules, regulations, and standards outlined within this agreement.

6. Obligations and Non-Refundable Fees:
I acknowledge and agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by International Junior Miss.
I understand that my application fee is non-refundable.
I acknowledge that all fees paid are NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of circumstance.

7. Title Representation:
I agree to represent my IJM title to the fullest.
I will seek permission from the International Office regarding any other pageants.
​
8. Crown and Sash Responsibility:
I agree to consistent brand representation.
I acknowledge and agree to crown/banner shipping fees and stipulations.
I agree not to alter my IJM banner or crown.
I acknowledge that contestants who claim a title but do not compete at Internationals, drop out, or resign are prohibited from appearing publicly in their IJM crown or banner.

9. Contestants Competing in Other Pageants:
I acknowledge that contestants who have enrolled in the 2025–2026 International Pageant that compete in and win another pageant that prohibits her from competing at IJM Internationals, nothing — including titles, payments, or balances — is transferable or reimbursable.

10. Video and Photography Consent:
I agree to be videoed and photographed for media and marketing usage.

11. Scholarship, Prizes, and Payment Obligations:
I acknowledge and agree to the payment schedule regarding pageant fees.
I agree to release IJM and its affiliates from all claims and damages.
I acknowledge and agree to how we determine the scholarship awarded.
I acknowledge and agree to how prize money for Optional Contests is awarded.
I agree that, should I write a check, sufficient funds will be available for that check or else I will be held liable for overdraft fees and/or other expenses.

12. Title Assignment and Fee Payments:
I agree to and understand what is required to “lock in” a given title.
I agree to make my fee payments on time.
I understand and agree that I am responsible for all fees.

13. Balance Rollovers:
I acknowledge that contestants who are no-shows or who drop out of the pageant 60 or fewer days prior to the event will forfeit all payments made, and nothing is transferable.
I acknowledge that partial payments may be considered for transfer for a period of one year, on a case-by-case basis, and at the discretion of the International Office.
I acknowledge that no portion of the registration fee ($50) or crown and banner fee ($240) is transferable or refundable in any case.

14. Title Request Parameters:
A contestant may represent her home country or a country that represents her heritage.
If selecting to represent a country by heritage, supporting documentation may be requested in order to be approved to represent said country.
For U.S.-based contestants, you may represent your home state, a region of the U.S., or even a state nickname title.

Agreement Confirmation:
By submitting your application, you hereby agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm your commitment to abide by the standards and policies outlined above for the 2025–2026 International Junior Miss International Finals.
