With past titleholders and contestants hailing from the UK, South Africa, the Philippines, Australia, the Bahamas, Ghana, India, China and more, IJM continues to grow as a global brand for empowering girls and young women offering them an experience on-par with the best of the best in the industry.
International Affiliate Recruiters
An International Recruiter is someone who helps introduce IJM to new regions by referring qualified, non-U.S. delegates to compete at our International Finals. Recruiters are passionate about pageantry and want to give young women in their country the opportunity to participate in one of the most recognized and rewarding international youth pageants in the world.

International Affiliate Directors
An International Director is a seasoned affiliate who has demonstrated successful recruiting efforts and is ready to take the next step: hosting live IJM events in their home country. Directors are responsible for organizing and producing high-quality national-level competitions to select titleholders who will represent their country on the international IJM stage.

At IJM, we value growth - not just of our program, but of the people who help bring it to life around the world. Whether you're just getting started as a Recruiter or you're an experienced director ready for a bigger role, here's what you should know:

Recruiters: Flexible, Collaborative, and Independent
Our International Recruiter role is designed with flexibility in mind. We understand that many of our recruiters are also involved with other systems or direct their own events and that’s okay. We welcome collaboration with these individuals, as long as it's clear that:

IJM is a separate and distinct brand

Our branding, materials, and values are respected

Communication with potential delegates clearly reflects our unique culture and expectations

Want to provide their delegates with an international-level opportunity

Aren’t ready to host a full event but want to build a relationship with IJM

Prefer a supportive, low-barrier way to get involved and earn rewards

Directors: Vetted, Committed, and Brand-Aligned
Because our Directors represent the IJM brand on a national level, we take extra care in selecting them. We receive many inquiries and only move forward with individuals who:

Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and professionalism

Are aligned with IJM’s mission and committed to long-term partnership

Have the capacity to run high-quality events with a minimum of 10 contestants per division

There are two main pathways to directorship:

Grow from Within: Recruiters who show consistent success and alignment with our values may be invited to step into a Director role.

Experienced Directors: Those with a proven history of directing large-scale or national-level events may apply directly for a Director position. These applications are carefully vetted to ensure alignment with IJM’s standards and long-term vision.

Please Note: Serving as a National Director comes with a financial commitment to secure licensing rights and support the successful launch and operation of your IJM-branded event. Details are provided during the vetting and onboarding process.
